Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, delivering exceptional hospitality and product knowledge
- Drive sales and maintain customer correspondence to build relationships
- Utilize virtual selling and technology to engage clients and expand product reach
- Support product launches and company initiatives to enhance the customer experience
- Assist with inventory, special events, and store projects as needed
- Perform opening and closing store duties and maintain professional appearance
- Maintain communication with store management, peers, and corporate partners
- Operate register and perform floor duties including lifting and using a ladder as trained
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure environment
- Proactive self-starter with passion for learning and the brand
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with point of sale systems preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor
- Professional appearance and adherence to company policies
