Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening and assisting customers.
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality.
- Maintain customer correspondence and nurture client relationships to drive sales.
- Drive consistent business through key product pillars and full price volume.
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to engage clients and showcase product breadth.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the catalogues.
- Assist with inventory, special events, opening and closing store duties as needed.
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company dress presentation and grooming standards.
- Communicate openly with store management peers and corporate partners.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant retail or sales experience.
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multi task in high pressure environments.
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning.
- Positive energy and genuine desire to work with customers.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
- Knowledge of current industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to network and socialize with target customers.
