Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product knowledge and styling to exceed expectations
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality
- Maintain customer correspondence and utilize virtual selling to drive sales
- Drive business across key product pillars and achieve sales targets
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects
- Perform opening and closing store duties and follow company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to brand dress standards
- Communicate with store management, peers and corporate partners
- Operate register and maintain the sales floor including moderate lifting
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and for the brand
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus
- Comfortable with technology and strong computer skills preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Familiarity with industry trends and competitor knowledge
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines and use ladders as trained
