Summary
The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales for the brand through expert product knowledge, personalized service, and virtual outreach. This role focuses on building and nurturing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing brand standards on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, listen to needs, and provide exceptional service and styling guidance
- Create memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive repeat sales
- Drive full price volume across product categories and promote key product pillars
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to outreach to clients and present the product assortment
- Develop and maintain strong product and brand knowledge
- Assist with inventory, special events, store opening and closing duties
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress and grooming standards
- Communicate effectively with store management, peers, and corporate partners
Requirements
- Relevant retail sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi task in high pressure settings
- Self starter with proactive mindset and passion for learning
- Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook preferred
- Ability to operate register and perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to use ladders and maneuver on the sales floor and stock areas
