Summary

The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, provides knowledgeable styling assistance, and works to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product knowledge, styling, and memorable service.
• Build client relationships through correspondence, networking, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across product categories and support launches, events, and company initiatives.
• Assist with inventory and opening or closing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Interest in the brand, learning, and working in a sales environment.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder as trained.
