Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions
- Maintain customer correspondence and develop client relationships to drive sales
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and meet sales goals
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and product promotion
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and industry trend awareness
- Perform opening and closing store duties and assist with inventory and events
- Maintain professional appearance and follow company presentation and grooming standards
- Communicate effectively with store management, peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure environment
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and the brand
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with point of sale systems and common applications
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock areas and use ladder as trained
