Summary

The Sales Professional creates exceptional in-store experiences while representing the brand and its lifestyle products. This role builds client relationships, supports sales goals, and provides knowledgeable product styling and service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge and styling advice, and deliver memorable service.
• Build client relationships through ongoing correspondence, networking, and virtual selling.
• Drive sales across product categories and support product launches, customer experience initiatives, inventory, events, and store operations.
• Maintain professional presentation and follow store policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Positive, proactive approach and enthusiasm for working with customers in a selling environment.
• Computer skills preferred; proficiency in English required, with additional languages a plus.
• Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, operate a register, move around the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
