Summary
The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences and drives sales for the brand through product knowledge, relationship building, and proactive outreach. This role supports store operations, merchandising, and brand presentation while leveraging technology for virtual selling.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Build and maintain customer correspondence to drive sales and repeat business
- Drive full price volume across product pillars and meet sales targets
- Utilize technology and virtual selling for client outreach and product promotion
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across the catalogues
- Support product launches, special events and in store projects
- Assist with inventory, opening and closing store duties as needed
- Maintain professional appearance and follow dress presentation and grooming standards
- Communicate effectively with store management peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multi task
- Proactive self starter with a passion for learning and the brand
- Proficient in English other languages considered an asset
- Basic computer skills including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to operate register stand walk and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs climb a ladder and maneuver the sales floor safely
