Responsibilities
- Greet, listen and assist customers to exceed expectations and provide product styling guidance
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer hospitality
- Maintain customer correspondence to build relationships and drive sales
- Drive business through key product pillars and sell across the product assortment
- Utilize technology and virtual selling to engage clients
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and brand information
- Support inventory, special events, projects and store opening and closing duties
- Follow company policies, dress and grooming standards and maintain professional communications
- Assist with store operations including register operation and maintaining sales floor
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work in a high pressure environment
- Proactive self starter with passion for learning and selling
- Proficient in English; additional languages a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, lift up to 30 lbs and climb ladders as trained
- Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours and operate register
