Summary

The Sales Professional delivers exceptional client experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, demonstrates product and styling knowledge, and works to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide knowledgeable styling guidance, and create memorable in-store experiences.
• Build client relationships through correspondence and virtual selling, and drive sales across Ralph Lauren product categories.
• Maintain product and brand knowledge, support product launches and events, and assist with inventory and store opening and closing duties.
• Follow company policies and presentation standards and communicate with store management, peers, and corporate partners.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to learning.
• Passion for the brand and a positive, customer-focused approach; English proficiency required, with additional languages a plus.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
