Summary

The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences while representing the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, shares product and styling knowledge, and works to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive customer service and memorable in-store experiences through product knowledge and styling support.
• Build client relationships through correspondence, networking, and virtual selling to drive sales.
• Support product launches, special events, inventory tasks, and opening and closing duties.
• Maintain brand presentation standards and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience preferred; strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive approach, passion for the brand, and ability to thrive in a selling environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and operate a register.
• Ability to stand, move, and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
• Strong computer skills preferred; proficiency in English required, with additional languages a plus.
