Responsibilities
- Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform.
- Maintain product knowledge on brands collections and general industry trends.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
- Use company systems hardware and software to complete duties and administrative tasks.
- Take in and deliver client repairs and turn clients over to team members as needed.
- Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
- Perform duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent storytelling client service and selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced showroom environment.
- Team oriented with ability to support colleagues.
- Computer literate including MS Office.
