Responsibilities
- Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere
- Build maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
- Support showroom hospitality guidelines and assist team members as needed
- Complete administrative tasks and use company systems hardware and software independently
- Take in and deliver client repairs and hand off clients to team members when appropriate
- Maintain professional conduct and comply with company policies
- Perform duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience
- Excellent client service selling and storytelling skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate with MS Office knowledge
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed
