- Comply with all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
- Independently use all company systems, hardware, and software required for duties.
- Complete administrative responsibilities and tasks that support the client experience.
- Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
- Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements- 1 year of retail sales experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Excellent storytelling ability and passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Excellent client service and selling skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Schedule flexibility and availability for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages/boxes as needed.
