Job Description

Summary

The Sales Professional is dedicated to making the client's needs their primary focus, establishing strong client relationships, and delivering memorable service. With a passion for timepieces and/or jewelry, the Sales Professional is knowledgeable about company merchandise and continuously updates their knowledge as new products are introduced.

Responsibilities
  • Confidently present products to clients with storytelling and technical detail in a hospitable atmosphere.
  • Build and maintain a clientele through the company CRM platform, focusing on relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge on brands, collections, and pieces in the showroom.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and conduct business with integrity.
  • Comply with all company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Offer assistance and build effective working relationships with team members.
  • Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
  • Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
  • Independently use all company systems, hardware, and software required for duties.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities and tasks that support the client experience.
  • Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent storytelling ability and passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
  • Excellent client service and selling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Schedule flexibility and availability for showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages/boxes as needed.
