Responsibilities
- Confidently present product using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom merchandise.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and coordinate with team members.
- Use company systems hardware and software to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Complete administrative tasks that support the client experience.
- Receive and deliver client repairs as required.
- Perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent client service selling interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for timepieces and jewelry and strong storytelling ability.
- Ability to work as a team and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate with MS Office knowledge.
- Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends and ability to stand for long periods.
