Sales Specialist - South Coast Plaza

As a Sales Specialist at Hermès South Coast Plaza, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the sales team and support teams to enhance the client experience.

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support sales efforts and maintain customer experience standards.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM files for sales analysis.
• Comply with asset protection procedures and ensure merchandise security.
• Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at POS.

• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong relationship development and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
