Summary

The Sales Specialist supports selling and customer service objectives at the Ala Moana boutique while contributing to the boutique's collective sales targets. The role maintains luxury service standards and follows operational and asset protection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and support the boutique's collective sales target.
• Organize and replenish the selling floor, maintain visual merchandising standards, and assist with inventory preparation.
• Process accurate transactions, maintain CRM records, and support after-sales service.
• Follow asset protection procedures, maintain merchandise security, and participate in inventory counts.
• Provide attentive client service, including assistance with wrapping and packaging.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, with open availability.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
