Summary
Provide exceptional luxury retail service to clients at the boutique, achieve individual and team sales objectives, and maintain operational and asset protection standards in a fast paced environment. Report to the Managing Director and collaborate with sales and selling support teams to support the client experience.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor, restock merchandise and supplies, and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process POS transactions accurately and maintain CRM and sales records.
- Assist with inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, key control, and bag checks.
- Provide high levels of client service including greeting, assisting, and packaging purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales floor.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong relationship development and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, be even tempered, and work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs without assistance.
- Comfortable following asset protection and POS procedures.
