Summary
Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales goals in a luxury retail environment at the Bellagio location. Support selling floor standards, assist with inventory and POS duties, and maintain asset protection and merchandising practices.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and collaborate to reach boutique goals
- Organize and maintain the selling floor following visual merchandising guidelines
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
- Assist with inventory preparation and participate in monthly cycle counts
- Follow asset protection procedures including EAS tagging, key control, and bag checks
- Provide high levels of customer service including greeting, assisting, and packaging purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and merchandise
- Communicate POS discrepancies and partner with management on resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Comfort with POS systems and maintaining accurate transaction records
