Sales Specialist

Summary

The Sales Specialist supports boutique sales and customer service objectives by maintaining the selling floor, processing transactions accurately, and following asset protection procedures in a fast paced luxury retail environment. This role collaborates with the sales team and management to meet individual and store sales targets while delivering Hermes service standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
• Organize and maintain the selling floor including stocking supplies and visual merchandising
• Process POS transactions accurately and maintain CRM and sales records
• Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
• Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, ticketing, and key control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales area
• Provide high level client service including greeting, assistance, and packaging at point of sale

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and open availability for business needs
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
• Commitment to following asset protection and operational procedures
