Summary
Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining operational and asset protection standards in a luxury retail environment. Work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support to ensure a high quality client experience and accurate point of sale operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
- Organize and maintain the selling floor and merchandise presentation following visual guidelines
- Process transactions accurately including receipts and CRM documentation at POS
- Support inventory preparation and participate in physical inventory and cycle counts
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging ticketing and key control
- Provide high levels of client service including greeting assisting and packaging purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
- Communicate POS discrepancies and partner with management on resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Attention to detail for POS accuracy and inventory procedures
- Uphold asset protection and merchandise security practices
