Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional luxury retail service at the Maison Madison Flagship boutique, achieving individual and team sales goals while maintaining operational and asset protection standards. Support the client experience through selling, merchandising, POS accuracy, and inventory assistance in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
  • Organize and maintain the selling floor to brand standards including merchandising and replenishment
  • Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
  • Assist with after sales administrative support and POS variance communication
  • Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, key control, and participation in inventory counts
  • Provide high level client service including greeting, assisting, and packaging purchases
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales areas
  • Assist in inventory preparation and cycle counts as directed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Open availability to meet business needs including retail hours
  • Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
  • Commitment to follow asset protection and operational procedures
