Summary
The Sales Specialist delivers exceptional client service and meets individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining boutique standards and following asset protection procedures. This role supports point of sale accuracy, inventory preparation, merchandising upkeep, and after sales administrative tasks in a fast paced luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales objectives and contribute to team targets
- Maintain selling floor presentation including stocking bags boxes ribbon stationary and VM replenishment
- Process transactions accurately including receipts CRM updates SKUs and payment verification
- Support after sales service and communicate POS discrepancies to management
- Prepare for and participate in inventory counts and assist with inventory preparation
- Adhere to asset protection procedures including sign in sheets bag checks tagging and key control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and boutique areas
- Provide high level client service including greeting assistance and packaging at POS
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask remain even tempered and work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Experience with POS systems and CRM record keeping
- Commitment to following asset protection and merchandising standards
