Summary
The Sales Specialist supports the Palo Alto boutique in achieving individual and store sales goals while delivering exceptional luxury client service and maintaining operational and asset protection standards. This role reports to the Assistant Manager and collaborates with the sales and selling support teams in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
- Organize and maintain the selling floor, merchandise presentation, and stock levels
- Process transactions accurately at POS and maintain CRM and sales records
- Support inventory preparation and participate in physical inventory and cycle counts
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging ticketing and key control
- Provide high level client service including greeting assisting and packaging purchases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales areas
- Communicate POS discrepancies and partner with management on resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to multitask remain even tempered and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open availability to meet business scheduling needs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Commitment to follow asset protection and loss prevention procedures
