Sales Specialist

Summary

The Sales Specialist supports sales goals and delivers an exceptional client experience at a luxury boutique. This role also maintains selling-floor standards and follows point-of-sale and asset-protection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective targets.
• Organize, replenish, and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately and support client records and after-sales service.
• Follow asset-protection procedures and participate in inventory preparation and cycle counts.
• Provide prompt, friendly service, including assistance with wrapping and packaging.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Strong relationship development, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with a team.
• Open availability and ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at the designated work location.
