Summary
The Sales Specialist supports boutique sales and client service objectives through merchandising maintenance, point of sale accuracy, asset protection compliance, and high standards of client care in a fast paced luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor and maintain merchandise presentation and stock levels
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and sales records
- Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Partner with management on POS variances and communicate discrepancies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and selling areas
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging ticketing and key control
- Provide prompt friendly client service including wrapping and packaging at POS
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask remain even tempered and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Comfort with POS systems CRM and transaction accuracy
