Sales Specialist - Nashville

Summary

Sales Specialist responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while delivering high levels of client service in a luxury retail environment. Role includes maintaining selling floor standards, supporting inventory and POS accuracy, and following asset protection procedures. Works under the Assistant Manager and collaborates with sales and support teams to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
• Organize and maintain the selling floor including merchandising, restocking, and visual merchandising guidelines
• Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM purchase records and receipts
• Support after sales service administration as needed
• Assist with inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
• Follow asset protection procedures including key control, tagging, and bag checks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation
• Provide prompt, courteous client service including assistance with packaging and wrapping

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
• Adherence to asset protection and POS accuracy standards
