Summary
Provide exceptional luxury retail service in the Palm Beach boutique, achieve individual and team sales targets, and support operational standards including asset protection and POS accuracy. Report to the Managing Director and collaborate with sales and support teams in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets
- Organize and maintain selling floor presentation and stock essential packaging and stationery
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
- Support after sales administrative tasks and communicate POS discrepancies to management
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, key control, and participating in inventory counts
- Assist with inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts
- Provide high levels of customer service including greeting clients and assisting with wrapping and packaging
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to merchandising standards
- Open availability to meet business needs and flexible scheduling
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
