Sales/Stock Support Associate

Summary

The Sales/Stock Support Associate supports stockroom operations and helps prepare merchandise for the selling floor at the Bal Harbour location. The role also provides customer service, basic product and brand information, and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and inventory.
• Carry out operational directives from the store manager and corporate office.
• Greet and engage clients, share basic product and brand information, and process sales through the POS system.

Requirements

• Retail or boutique experience handling high-end goods and client-oriented sales is a plus.
• Be highly motivated, professional, and a strong representation of the brand lifestyle.
• Provide excellent customer service.
