Sales/Stock Support Associate

Summary

The Sales/Stock Support Associate supports merchandise handling and stockroom operations for the store. The role also assists customers with product information and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom.
• Manage stockroom operations and inventory in coordination with store management and corporate directives.
• Greet and engage clients, provide basic product and brand information, and process sales through the POS system.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a retail or boutique store handling high-end goods is a plus.
• Client-oriented sales experience is a plus.
• Must be highly motivated, professional, and a strong representation of the brand.
