Full time Sales Stock Support Associate for the Soho location responsible for engaging clients, delivering excellent customer service, and managing stockroom operations including receiving, unpacking, and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients to provide excellent customer service
• Provide basic product and brand information to customers
• Process sales transactions via POS
• Receive and unpack incoming merchandise
• Prepare and merchandise product for the selling floor
• Maintain stockroom organization cleanliness and inventory control
• Facilitate directives from the store manager and corporate office
• Support sales staff and assist with floor replenishment

Requirements

• Prior retail or boutique experience handling high end goods preferred
• Clientele oriented sales experience preferred
• Professional presentation and strong customer service skills
• Ability to perform stockroom operational tasks including lifting and organizing
• Motivated self starter with ability to follow direction
• Reliable full time availability
