Sales & Stock Support

Summary

The Sales & Stock Support role assists the sales team with administrative and back-of-house duties in a Vancouver boutique. The role supports customer service, inventory management, after-sales tasks, and boutique operations while upholding CHANEL standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client, colleague, boutique management, and Head Office inquiries promptly and appropriately.
• Assist on the sales floor by welcoming clients, presenting collections, and providing customer service as needed.
• Support inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts, and complete after-sales tasks.
• Maintain organized back-office areas, prepare cash and wrap stations, and assist with packaging and gift wrapping.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and maintain confidentiality of company information.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail operations and/or stock.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
• Fluent English; a second language is an asset.
