Sales & Stock Support

Summary

The Sales & Stock Support role supports boutique administrative and back-of-house operations while maintaining excellent customer service, personal presentation, and teamwork. This is a full-time contract position from October 1 through December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client, colleague, management, and Head Office inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist on the sales floor by welcoming clients, presenting collections, and providing customer service.
• Support inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts, and complete after-sales tasks.
• Maintain inventory integrity and tidy back-office areas; prepare and stock cash and wrap stations.
• Prepare packaging, assist with gift wrapping, and communicate messages and notices accurately and promptly.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in retail operations and/or stock.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Customer-service oriented, detail oriented, and highly organized.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Fluent English; a second language is an asset.
