Sales & Stock Support - Holt Renfrew

Summary

The Sales & Stock Support at the Chanel Vancouver Boutique (Holt Renfrew) is part of the Heart of House team providing administrative and back-of-house support to the Fashion Boutique. This role supports inventory management, after-sales tasks and shop floor assistance while maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation. The position requires close collaboration with boutique colleagues and head office to ensure efficient boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client and internal communications, including documenting and delivering messages to Fashion Advisors.
• Assist on the shop floor as needed, welcoming clients, presenting merchandise and escorting clients.
• Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping and parcel handling.
• Support inventory management tasks including shipments, transfers, cycle counts and consolidation.
• Execute after-sales tasks and help ensure inventory integrity and organization.
• Maintain clean and stocked back-office, cash and wrap stations and post internal memos and notices.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail operations and/or stock experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Customer service oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across departments and teams.
• Fluent English; additional language is a plus.
