The Bloomie's Stylist provides expert fashion advice and styling to inspire customer purchases and build lasting client relationships. The role serves customers in-store and online, using digital tools and product knowledge to drive sales and repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Style customers in person or by appointment, building complete looks across the store's assortment.
• Build a clientele, follow up after sales, and reach out about new deliveries and product needs.
• Drive loyalty applications and enrollments, and use digital selling tools to connect customers with products.
• Cross-sell beauty products and take measurements for simple alterations.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and support replenishment, order fulfillment, recovery, receiving, and product protection.
• Participate in service and product education.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourcefulness, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
