Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor at the Millenia Mall location in Orlando, you will support management in all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching the team. You will implement and enforce company policies and ensure store standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver excellent customer experiences and build loyal relationships.
  • Ensure the store is guest-ready and welcoming.
  • Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to drive sales.
  • Illustrate client journey stages and behaviors for an elevated experience.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs products and brand.
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on inquiries.
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain a learning attitude and seek feedback.
  • Open and close the store according to procedures.
  • Ensure organization of sales floor and stockroom.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail or sales with a focus on customer service.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering excellence and exceeding client expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and openness to change.
  • Creativity and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand.
  • Proficiency in operating a POS and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
