Sales Supervisor - Aventura

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Role includes operational duties such as opening and closing the store and ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are organized. The position focuses on building client relationships and representing brand product knowledge and DNA.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Build sales by providing styling expertise seasonal trend and product knowledge
• Initiate and maintain regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Coach and develop team members to foster collaboration and open communication
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
• Open and close the store according to company procedures
• Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
• Implement and enforce company policies procedures and corporate directives

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office suite
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
