Job Description

Summary

Support store management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching team members. Maintain store standards and implement company policies to ensure smooth day to day operations. Lead the sales floor to build client relationships and promote brand product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
  • Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
  • Manage client outreach and follow up on sales and events
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to procedure
  • Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, follow up, and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
