Job Description

Summary

The Sales Supervisor is a sales-driven, leadership role responsible for achieving individual sales goals while setting the standard for customer service and store presentation. The Supervisor oversees the store team in the absence of Store Management, enforces company standards, and supports client development and store KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and brand representation
  • Drive and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and store KPIs (UPT, ADT, etc.)
  • Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Schedule client appointments, build and maintain clientele, and suggestively sell through styling
  • Conduct store meetings, resolve customer issues, and ensure floor coverage and staff accountability
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of store staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or similar industry
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and clienteling skills with the ability to motivate a team
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office) and experience with retail systems (Teamwork or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain store standards
  • Ideally a cultivated clientele following; ability to relocate to support career development is preferable
