Sales Supervisor - Cabazon

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with daily operations, sales performance, and exceptional customer experiences. This role leads the sales floor, develops client relationships, and coaches colleagues while ensuring store standards and company procedures are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor and deliver an elevated, customer-first experience.
• Build client relationships through product knowledge, styling expertise, outreach, and follow-up.
• Support team collaboration, coaching, and development.
• Open and close the store and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom areas.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and directives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
