Job Description

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in day-to-day operations at the Cabazon outlet, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching the team to maintain store standards and implement corporate directives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to achieve or exceed KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor and deliver a customer first experience
  • Coach and develop team members to build client relationships and repeat business
  • Maintain guest ready store standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom
  • Open and close the store according to company procedures
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand DNA to provide styling expertise
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
