Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in day-to-day operations at the Cabazon outlet, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coaching the team to maintain store standards and implement corporate directives.
Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to achieve or exceed KPIs
- Lead the sales floor and deliver a customer first experience
- Coach and develop team members to build client relationships and repeat business
- Maintain guest ready store standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand DNA to provide styling expertise
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
