Job Description

Summary

Sales Supervisor at an outlet store responsible for supporting management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
  • Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
  • Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and promote seasonal trends
  • Manage client contact including follow up on sales events and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to company procedures
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
  • Implement and adhere to company policies and corporate directives

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
