Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Chicago Premium Outlet location in Aurora, Illinois by driving sales, delivering an elevated customer experience, coaching team members, and enforcing company policies and store standards. The role involves leading the sales floor, maintaining store presentation, and supporting day to day operations including opening and closing the store.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build customer relationships
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and promote seasonal trends
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Maintain store readiness ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are organized
- Open and close the store according to company procedure
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Coach and develop team members and support implementation of corporate initiatives
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with a focus on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
