Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor in Aspen, you will work closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve sales goals for specific product categories. You will ensure exceptional customer service in line with Christian Dior standards, while supervising and motivating the team to meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.

Responsibilities
  • Increase sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
  • Provide and inspire outstanding service to customers.
  • Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
  • Responsible for clientele development and merchandise displays.
  • Train, coach, develop, and lead sales associates in selling skills.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
  • Participate in sales promotion activities and train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale.
  • Oversee compliance with Company policies and standards.
  • Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management, in a luxury product setting.
  • Ability to develop and train associates and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion sensitivity.
  • Ability to manage boutique operations effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
