Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor in Scottsdale, you will work closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to manage daily operations and achieve sales goals. You will ensure exceptional customer service in line with Christian Dior standards and support the development of the sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Assist in setting and monitoring sales goals for Sales Associates.
  • Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
  • Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
  • Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
  • Coordinate sales promotion activities and optimize customer database development.
  • Oversee department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong ability to develop and train associates.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Effective management of sales staff and boutique operations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and other office equipment.
