Summary
The Sales Supervisor will support store management at the Clarksburg Premium Outlet by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and promote seasonal trends
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and adhere to store standards
- Implement and enforce company policies and corporate directives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operations and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
