Job Description

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets location. Role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the sales team, and maintaining store standards and procedures. The Supervisor helps implement corporate initiatives and ensures the store is guest ready and operationally compliant.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
  • Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
  • Provide styling expertise product knowledge and promote seasonal trends
  • Manage client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
  • Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
  • Open and close the store according to company procedure
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with customer service focus
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
