Sales Supervisor - Fashion Show

Summary

Support store management at the Fashion Show location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing team members, and ensuring store standards and company policies are maintained. Act as an expert on product, brand DNA, and styling to build client relationships and repeat business. Perform operational duties including opening and closing the store and organizing the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal client relationships
• Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
• Open and close the store according to company procedure
• Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized and adhere to policies

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or an industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
