Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Fashion Show location in Las Vegas to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach and develop the team, and maintain store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer first mindset
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedure
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom and adhere to policies
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
