Sales Supervisor Fine Jewelry and Timepieces - Yorkdale

As a Sales Supervisor for Fine Jewelry and Timepieces at Yorkdale, you will collaborate with the Boutique Manager to manage daily operations and achieve sales goals. You will ensure exceptional customer service in line with Christian Dior standards.

• Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.
• Demonstrate excellent product and range knowledge.
• Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
• Maximize sales and measure sales performance daily.
• Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
• Participate in merchandise displays and presentations.
• Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and training.
• Coordinate sales promotion activities and train the team on customer database development.
• Oversee department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

• 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
• Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
